i'm not someone who gets close to people fast or trusts them but it's easier when it's you. you seem to bring a wave of comfort wherever you go and undoubtedly make people feel like they're someone, somebody.
and i hope to god that you feel this light within you too.
over the past few weeks or months i've been pondering about twitter and leaving it altogether and i think of the few people i can keep in touch with and you're (of course) one of them. and then i think it's alright if i leave, really because my mind knows that you're there on discord and that you're one text away.
but getting to the importance of this day and you, i'd like to thank you for being yourself and doing it unapologetically. for thinking of the words you do and letting them reach others so that they may too, feel the warmth you have to give.
i know it can get confusing sometimes - the future. but you'll make us proud, and there's no doubt about it.
